blooming gel

This gel is used to give a blooming effect to gel polishes.

HOW TO USE:

- Apply the base and bake

- Apply your layers of color and bake

- Apply a small layer of blooming gel DO NOT COOK

- Make the desired design and wait until you have the desired effect and bake

- Apply the top coat
